Seems that Ashley Alexandra Dupre is sueing Girls Gone Wild because she was only seventeen at the time she was filmed, and she legally cannot sign any contracts.

The news article I just read stated the following:

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, 22, contended in the lawsuit that she was only 17 — too young to sign legally binding contracts — and drunk on spring break in 2003 when she agreed to be filmed for “Girls Gone Wild” in Miami Beach.

I’m confused. This bitch was seventeen, was breaking the law by drinking, most likely had a fake ID, and illegally entered into a contract, yet no one is going to arrest her for anything. She just filed a lawsuit that said she broke three laws, yet nothing is going to happen to her. Anyone else see anything wrong with this?

How about trying this on for size…. You were filmed in a public place doing something illegal on your part???

Looks like Ashley Alexandra Dupre’s fifteen minutes of fame isn’t up yet. This morning it was announced that US Weekly had acquired new non nude photos of her, although it’s not sure if these pix are from before the world knew she was a hooker or after.

Celeb Taboo claims that they have pictures of her that have never been seen before, but I have yet to see them and don’t have access to their member’s area.

Girls Gone Wild also claims they have her on video tape. I posted what I believe are some of those pictures yesterday but have yet to see more. I’ve been asking them left and right but they aren’t forthcoming with answers.

This really shouldn’t come as a surprise now should it…… Turns out Ashley Alexandra Dupre, aka “Hooker Kristin”, spent a week with the Girls Gone Wild Crew on their party bus and celebrated her 18th birthday with them. Sweet!

She not only spent her 18th birthday with them, but also spent an entire week on their party bus! Imagine their surprise with the folks at Girls Gone Wild discovered they had this footage up on their site!
